The project “Clean Affordable and Secure Energy for Southeast Asia (CASE)” implemented by GIZ is looking for a group of local consultants to conduct a study “Development of Vietnam’s Long-term energy transition targets”.
In this context, GIZ Office Hanoi is conducting a public tender to seek three qualified individual local consultants (hereafter referred as LCs)to carry the study with:
a. Timeframe: tentatively from 10th November 2021 until 10th May 2022.
b. Place of assignment: Hanoi/Vietnam.

Three LCs will be contracted to work in a team of six LCs who are experts in other related fields such as economics, energy, land use and natural resource management to conduct the study.
LCs are expected to have extensive experience, expertise and hold proven knowledge in relevant sectors.
