Maximum construction density is 55%, maximum height is 03 floors. Investors build rough and complete the exterior. High-rise housing (residential land for officials and employees) has a total area of 27.774,5 m2. The investor builds and installs complete equipment (according to the detailed construction planning project at scale 1/500 for staff housing in Doi Thung and Ho Kha tourist areas, Quy Hoa commune, Lac Son district). Approved in Decision No. 4396/QD-UBND dated October 19, 2022 of the People's Committee of Lac Son district). + Resettlement land has a total area of 147.110,21 m2, including 357 lots. Summary of basic requirements of the project: Technical and social infrastructure projects are built by investors according to approved planning and designs and handed over to the State. For inter-level school projects, investors complete construction and operate business according to regulations. For housing projects for staff and employees: All low-rise housing projects must have rough construction and complete exterior; High-rise housing construction and complete equipment installation. For the resettlement land part of the project: The investor completes the technical and social infrastructure, hands over the infrastructure and resettlement land fund to the State agency for management according to regulations
