Dear Offerors,

Based on experience gained from Gavi funded Cold Chain Equipment Optimization Platform (CCEOP), the selection of a domestic refrigerator installation and logistic service provider as well as training of health facility staff in preventive maintenance and proper use of the cold chain equipment (i.e. “service bundle”) are essential in ensuring the sustainable operation of the cold chain equipment. Based on the need to strengthen the cold chain system, especially the refrigeration equipment at the commune level where vaccination sessions including COVID-19 vaccination take place, the Government of Vietnam requested UNICEF to procure cold chain equipment and associated service bundles.

In response to the government request, UNICEF Vietnam has placed orders for the equipment and now wishes to contract one or two qualified local companies for the service bundles including in-country customs clearance, warehousing, transportation, installation and training for the cold chain equipment. There are two Packages of service bundle corresponding to the equipment models i.e.:

- PACKAGE 1 for 80 B Medical TCW4000AC and 60 TCW80AC refrigerators

Details of the assignment can be found in the Request for Proposal LRPS-2023-9187557 and Annex B-TOR attached at link: https://www.ungm.org/Public/Notice/222550

- PACKAGE 2 for 850 Haier HBC-80 refrigerators

Details of the assignment can be found in the LRPS-2023-9187558 and Request for Proposals documents at link: https://www.ungm.org/Public/Notice/222548
