- Project objectives: Concretize the general planning on building up Phu Ly city up to 2030, with a vision to 2050; planning for bus station network in Phu Ly city until 2030 and detailed planning 1/500 approved. - Planning for commercial services and provincial central bus station complex with morden infrustructures in order to serving for socio-economic development of Phu Ly city in particular and Ha Nam province in general; meeting the transportation services requirements of passengers, vehicles and goods being convenient, fast and efficient. - Create budget revenues for locality from the transfer of land use rights of the project. d) Contractual time of project: 2019-2022 Details of the project are provided in Part 2 - Project Description.
