Dear Sirs/Madams,
Vietnam Electricity (EVN) is assigned to develope the Ninh Thuan 1 Nuclear Power Plant Project (herein after referred to as “the Project”) (which is located in Ninh Thuan Province, Vietnam, comprised of 2 units of ~1,200MW each and expected to be completed in 2030-2031). With the purpose to assist EVN in Project implementation, EVN shall select Consultant to: Assist EVN in negotiation, signing and execution of turnkey contract; Review the project’s Site Approval Dossier (SAD), Feasibility Study (FS), Technical design, Construction drawing design, Specialized reports; Project management and construction supervision (herein after referred to as “the Services”) for the Project.
EVN cordially invite consultants to send Expression of Interest Documents to deliver the above mentioned Services. Interested Consultants are kindly requested to submit Expression of Interest Documents about the consultant’s relevant experiences and capacity which inlude but not limited to the followings:
1. General information of the Consultant:
- The Consultant’s business profile which includes following but not limited to: Name of the Consultant, Business registration location, business lines, organization structure, years of experience, notable delivered consulting services.
- Lawful Registration certificate issued by the country where the Consultant is established.
- The Consultant’s financial status presented in the Public/Audited Financial Reports of the latest 3 years (or equivalent documentations).
- List and Curriculum Vitae(s) of key employee(s) who has/have relevant experiences to the Services.
2. Relevant Experiences of the Consultant:
The Consultant is kindly requested to submit list of similar services implemented by the Consultant in the last 20 years which includes but is not limited to the followings:
- Time and location of the delivered service(s);
- Name/address of the project owner/the procurement entity.
- Name and brief description of the project (size, type and technology of the project...).
- Time of the delivered service: Starting time and completion time.
- Description of the delivered service by the Consultant.
- Contract value.
3. The Consultant’s expression of interest
- Descriptions of the Consultant’s general understanding in nuclear power project implementation and world-wide/regional nuclear power plant’s technology.
- Recommendation of the methodologies, solutions and progress of the Services; issues that the Project Owner should taken care of during the implementation of the Project.
- The Consultant’s advice(s)/recomendation(s) to EVN for successfully implement the Project.
