Investment objectives: To build commercial residential areas for sale and social housing for sale, rental, and rent-to-own according to regulations; establish a concentrated residential area with attractive social infrastructure conditions to attract a large number of people to live and contribute to creating a foundation for An Duong to become a dynamic urban area, contributing to the overall development of the city; address the commercial housing needs of the population and social housing for workers in the local industrial zone and surrounding areas.

Project scale: Architectural construction scale: + Approximately 346 low-rise attached houses with a maximum height of 05 floors, total land area for construction: 24,167.1m2, total floor area: approximately 94,992m2. + Approximately 349 social housing units; total land area for construction: 8,873.26m2; total floor area: approximately 23,958m2; 02 buildings with a maximum height of 09 floors. + 01 Kindergarten: constructed on a land plot with an area of 1,512.9m2, maximum height of 3 floors, and 02 commercial and service facilities, total land area for construction is 630.8m2, with a maximum height of 03 floors. + Technical infrastructure system: including security kiosks, public sanitation facilities, water supply and drainage systems, lighting systems, communication systems, transportation roads, water surface greenery system, and green square. - Provided products and services: approximately 346 low-rise attached houses, approximately 349 social housing units, 01 Kindergarten, and 02 commercial and service buildings. - Allocation of land fund for social housing development: The project allocates 8,873.26m2 of land for social housing development. - Preliminary investment and management plan for urban infrastructure within and outside the project scope: + The investor is responsible for constructing infrastructure works according to Project Master plan and transferring them to the state as regulated. + For the kindergarten and commercial service buildings: The selected investor is responsible for constructing the buildings according to the approved scale and the detailed 1/500 project planning; managing and operating the buildings according to regulations.
