Project scale: 1. Land use area: about 387,304.14m²; 2. Construction scale: completely investing in technical infrastructure, social infrastructure, housings and other works as per detailed construction master plan with ratio 1/500 approved by Quang Binh Provincial People’s Committee at Decision No.1496/QĐ-UBND dated June 7th, 2022, Decision No. 1497/QĐ-UBND dated June 7th, 2022, including the following main items: a) Part of technical infrastructure works: (ground levelling, traffic road; parking lot; water supply and fire prevention and extinguisher; waste water drainage and environmental hygiene, power supply and electric lighting; green park, water surface; contact information...); b) Part of services and commercial works: - Completely construct 03 services and commercial works: c) Part of social infrastructure works: - Completely construct 01; - Completely construct 01 . d) Part of housing works: - Apartment: constructing 03 apartment buildings - Adjacent housing: + Constructing the rough part, finishing the facade for about at least 350 adjacent houses; + The residential land fund is allowed to transfer the land use right for people to construct housing as per the approved sample design after completing the technical infrastructure as per current stipulations: 592 land lots. e) Preliminary structure of housing products: Total quantity of housing types: about 1,548 houses. f) Land fund for social housing development: the project belongs to the project type of class IV- urban, which is not compulsory to retain 20% project residential land area for constructing social housing (Details are attached with Decision on approval of project investment policy and Decision on approval of YCSBNLK investors registering for project implementation)
Project implementation progress: Project operational time: within 50 years since the date investors having land granted, land leased, buyers of housing attached with residential land use right or buyers of residential land for housing construction will have the stable and long term use right as per the land law. - Not over 6 years since the date having the investor selection approval decision or investor approval decision, expected from the year 2023 to the year 2028
