Project's investment objectives: To form the International Education City - Hue with all levels of education, from kindergarten to postgraduate, to meet the learning needs of people across the country, mainly in the Central and Central Highlands provinces, such as Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, Quang Tri, Quang Binh, Ha Tinh, Nghe An, etc. and international students from Laos and Northern Thailand and other areas. - To contribute to changing the face of Hue City and the landscape architecture of An Van Duong New Urban Area in particular and Thua Thien Hue Province in general.
Scale of the project investment: Design capacity: To meet learning needs for over 10,000 students per year, including kindergarten, primary, lower secondary, upper secondary school, university and post-graduate levels and around 500 official employees to serve these students

Summary of the basic requirements of the project: Scale of construction and architecture: In accordance with Decision No. 1150/QD-UBND dated May 30, 2018 of the Provincial People's Committee on the approval of Zoning Plan of Zone E (Scale: 1/2000) - An Van Duong New Urban Area, Thua Thien Hue Province, the land lots marked TH4 and TH5 with the following parameters: + Area of the land lot TH4: 115,615m2. + Area of the land lot TH5: 79,158m2. + Land use functions: Land for building schools (urban level). + Building density: ≤ 40%; + Building height: maximum 5 floors; + Maximum floor area ratio: 2.0. The official construction and architecture scale will be detailed according to the detailed planning, design plan approved by the competent authority.
Investment duration and schedule: Project duration: 50 years as from the date of issuance of Decision on land allocation, land lease or land use purpose transfer. - Investment progress: shall not exceed 48 months from the date of on-site land handover, in which, construction progress of technical infrastructure works shall not exceed 12 months
