Investment objectives: To concretize and gradually complete the Subdivision planning (scale 1/2000) of Thanh Toan Ecological Urban Area in Huong Thuy Town, Thua Thien Hue Province approved by the People’s Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province in Decision No. 1304/QD-UBND dated June 6, 2023; to help changing the appearance of Thuy Thanh Commune, Huong Thuy Town, Thua Thien Hue Province. - To build an urban area with high quality living environment, synchronously and modernly developed conformable to a new urban area model - the ecological urban area associated with public institutions, urban services as well as economic development, sustainable tourism, meeting people's housing needs, shopping needs and other related services. - To create a driving force for socio-economic development of Thua Thien Hue Province in general and Huong Thuy Town in particular as well as contributing to job creation for workers inside and outside Thua Thien Hue Province
Project scale: a) Estimated land area: About 566,860 m2 b) Land area in conformity with the land use planning: About 566,860 m2 c) Design capacity: About 1,000 low-rise buildings (including terraced houses and villas) and an area of about 118,000 m2 for commercial service centers and educational institutions (kindergartens, primary schools, lower secondary schools, upper secondary schools) and exercise and sport facilities for the uses of residents in Thanh Toan Ecological Urban Area. The project population is about 3,500 people. d) Products and services provided: A synchronously-built (at least, rough construction) new urban area model with low-rise buildings (terraced houses, villas), commercial service centers and offices for rent, educational institutions and exercise and sport facilities.

Project implementation progress: Project duration: 50 years as from the date of issuance of Decision on land allocation, land lease or land use purpose transfer. Implementation progress: Time for the project’s main operational objectives: shall not exceed 84 months from the date of on-site land handover; in which, time for completion of technical infrastructure works shall not exceed 36 months from the date of on-site land handover.
