Summary of the basic requirements of the project: According to the Decision No. 3648/QD-UBND dated on December 20, 2019 of the People’s Committee of Soc Trang province on approving the detail plan of Ward 4 New Urban – Area 01, Soc Trang city, Soc Trang province, scale 1/500.
Investment duration and schedule: Project duration: 50 years, from the date of decision on land allocation, land lease issued by the authority. b) Project implementation schedule: Implement procedures for land, project construction; compensation and resettlement support: No more than 18 months from the date of approval of investor selection result. Time to start construction: No more than 12 months from the date of issuance of the license land use right certificate or land handover in the field. Time to put the project into operation: No more than 36 months from the date of commencement of construction.
Project location: Ward 4, Soc Trang city, Soc Trang province, which has four adjacent places as follows: The Northeast: Adjacent to land of planning for the provincial administrative area; Southeast: Adjacent to Vanh Dai II street and the cleared land along Vanh Dai II street (auction); The Northwest: Adjacent to Urban Area 5A; Southwest: Adjacent to existing agricultural land.
