Investment objectives: Invest in synchronous construction of technical infrastructure system, social infrastructure for urban area with a total area of about 297,921m2 to build commercial houses and transfer land use rights to people for investment in housing construction according to planning; construction and business of low-rise and high-rise social housing; commercial center to meet the needs of housing and living places for people, contributing to socio-economic development and urban development in the locality
Project scale: Building an urban area with synchronous infrastructure in accordance with the detailed planning on construction of urban areas in Thach Trung commune and Thach Ha town, Ha Tinh province with scale 1/500 approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 3976/QD-UBND dated December 8, 2021. Products and services to be provided: - Ground has been invested with synchronous and modern technical infrastructure; Adjacent commercial houses have completed exterior face, go along 35m-planning road (99 houses in total, including LK01, LK03, LK06, LK07, LK08, LK09, LK25, LK26, LK28, LK30, LK33 areas), the 16m-planning road (93 houses in total, including LK14, LK25, LK26, LK27, LK28, LK29, LK30, LK31, LK32, LK33 areas), and the 26m-planning road (75 houses in total, including LK6, LK7, LK8, LK9, LK10, LK11, LK12, LK13, LK14 areas). There are 267 lots rawly built out of the total number of 607 lots of the project. Regulations on raw building with completed exterior face or regulations on transfer of land use right to people to build houses on their own in the remaining area will be dependent on the opinions of competent agencies. - Investment in the construction of mixed areas (Lot HH-01 and Lot HH-02), social housing areas (Lot CHC and Lot LKX) and public areas (Lot CC-01 and Lot CC-02) according to the Detailed Construction Planning of the Urban Area in Thach Trung commune and Thach Ha town, Ha Tinh province with the scale of 1/500, approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 3976/QD-UBND dated December 8, 2021
Project implementation progress: No more than 48 months from the date of approval of investor selection results or investor approval, specifically: - Complete the compensation of site clearance and land allocation to the investor implementing the project within 12 months. - Complete procedures on investment and construction, implementation of construction investment of work items according to the approved planning, organize the acceptance, handover and put the project into operation and use within 36 months
