Scale of the project investment: a) Population size: 2,000 people. b) Construction scale: construction floor area 199,281.83 m2; height from 01 to 05 floors; Land use coefficient 1.00 times; Number of houses: 493 units. Specifically as follows: - Investment into construction of low-rise housing (component project 1) - Investment in commercial and service zones (component project 2) - Investment in technical and social infrastructure (component project 3) c) Compensation for site clearance. d) Handling public property: 4,325 m2 of land for traffic and irrigation and 5,475.5 m2 of land for community activities and land for physical training and sports facilities that are public property (including land associated with property)
