Project's investment objectives: Investment objective: Accomplish the approved detailed construction planning of 1/500 scale, synchronize technical and social infrastructure; improve the living environment of residential areas and the efficiency of land use and investment efficiency; effectively exploit the existing land fund in the area, create a source of revenue for the budget for socio-economic development of Quang Xuong district.
Scale of the project investment: Make investment in synchronous construction, complete technical infrastructure works, social infrastructure, rough construction of housing works according to the detailed planning ground for construction at the scale of 1/500 of Dong Tan Phong New Urban Area in Tan Phong town and Quang Duc commune, Quang Xuong district has been approved by the People's Committee of Quang Xuong district in Decision No. 6923/QĐ-UBND dated November 17, 2021 and investment policy approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 2228/QĐ-UBND dated June 24, 2022.

Compensation, support and resettlement expense: VND 37.839.423.000
Summary of the basic requirements of the project: a) The investors are responsible for synchronously investing in works according to the approved detailed planning of the project and implement the investment plan for construction and management of urban infrastructure inside and outside the project scope according to the approved investment policy.
Investment duration and schedule: Project operation term: 50 years (starting from the date on which the investor is granted the decision on land allocation, land lease decision, or decision on change of land use purpose); Buyers of residential houses attached to land use rights are entitled to use stably the land in long term according to regulations of the Law. - Project investment progress: Not more than 04 years (from the date of investor selection result approval or investor approval)
