It is considered as a basis for carrying out investment procedures according to regulations, managing construction according to planning, exploiting and using land funds efficiently and rationally. In order to concretize the detailed planning of 1/2000 scale for Cao Xa rural residential area approved by Lam Thao District People's Committee in Decision No. 1132/QD-UBND dated May 19, 2021; approved local adjustments in Decision No. 3231/QD-UBND dated December 13, 2021. Gradually completing the housing targets in Yen Lap district under the Housing Development Program of Phu Tho province to 2020 and orientations to 2030, approved by the People's Committee of Phu Tho province at Decision No. 03/2018/QD -UBND dated February 02nd 2018, Housing development plan in Phu Tho province in 2020-2025 in Plan No. 2990/KH-UBND dated November 17, 2021 (adjustment, addition).
