Investment duration and schedule: Project operation term: 50 years (starting from the date on which the investor is granted the decision on land allocation, land lease decision, or decision on change of land use purpose); Buyers of residential houses attached to land use rights are entitled to use stably the land in long term. - Project investment progress: Not more than 05 years (from the date of investor selection result approval or investor approval); Expected: From the first quarter of 2022 to the fourth quarter of 2026
