Scale of the project investment: Invest in complete and synchronized technical infrastructure, social infrastructure according to the detailed construction planning of 1/500 scale of Hoang Hoa riverside ecological urban area (Aqua city Hoang Hoa urban area) approved by the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa district in Decision No. 99/QĐ-UBND dated January 14, 2022 and according to the approved investment policy.

Summary of the basic requirements of the project: The investors are responsible for synchronously investing in works according to the approved detailed planning of the project and implement the plan for investment in construction and management of urban infrastructure inside and outside the project scope according to the approved investment policy.
Investment duration and schedule: Project operation term: 50 years (starting from the date on which the investor is granted the decision on land allocation, land lease decision, decision on change of land use purpose); buyers of residential land use rights may use the land in long term in accordance with land laws. - Project investment progress: 05 years (from the date of investor selection result approval or investor approval)
