Scale of the project investment: a) Construction scale: Completely investing in the synchronous construction works according to the detailed planning approved by Chairman of the People's Committee of Nhu Thanh District under Decision No. 2056/QĐ UBND dated May 22, 2020 and amended under Decision No. 1353/QĐ-UBND dated June 10, 2021, including the following works items: - Completely investing in the technical infrastructure works (for an area of about 14.6ha, consisting of leveling, traffic, water supply - drainage, electricity supply, lighting, green parks, parking lots, wastewater treatment stations etc.) and cultural house. - Investing in the rough part and finishing the facade of townhouses (marked from LK-1 to LK-15) and villas (marked from BT-1 to BT-3) and completely investing in the commercial and service works (marked TM-DV), preschool (marked TH:MN). b) Preliminary structure of housing products: 372 townhouses; 66 villas. c) Population size: About 2,000. d) Land fund for social housing development: None
