Scale of the project investment: Investment in construction of project phase 1: sub-zones D, E, F with total area of 111.01 ha a / Sub-zone D: Area 11.11ha, construction density of the whole area 32.79%. The highest floor must not exceed 05. b/Sub-zone E: Area 76.36 ha, construction density of the whole area 4.56%. The highest floor must not exceed 03. c/ Subzone F: Area 23.54 ha, construction density of the whole area 48.03%. The highest floor must not exceed 15

Summary of the basic requirements of the project: Organization of space, architecture and landscape is basically based on the identified infrastructure and functions; construction of sub-zones with clear functions favorable for performing separate projects in phases; proposal of main axes and adjustments to make them suitable with the current development condition of the region
Investment duration and schedule: a) Investment term: Investment in construction, completion, acceptance and handover of project for use in accordance with regulations: before December 31, 2022. b) Investment schedule: - From the fourth quarter of 2020: Organizing selection of the project investor - From the first quarter of 2021 to the end of the fourth quarter of 2022: Carrying out the procedures under laws on construction, land, fire prevention and fighting, environment and other relevant laws; investing in construction and completion of technical infrastructure and architectural works of the project according to the detailed 1/2000 scale plan approved by competent authorities; organizing acceptance and handover to the works into use according to regulations
