Summary of the basic requirements of the project: The investor must ensure that the investment in construction of the project is carried out in accordance with the detailed planning of 1/500 scale of the Project of Commercial Housing Development for the residential area along both sides of Road No. 2 in Minh Quang Commune, Vu Thu District, Thai Binh Province (Zones B, C, D, E) approved by the People's Committee of Vu Thu district in the Decisions: No. 5001/QD-UBND dated July 18, 2018, No. 9801/QD-UBND dated December 27, 2018 . - Ensure on schedule, comply with regulations and meet the requirements for housing construction projects in accordance with the law on housing; construction standards, regulations and quality; strictly comply with requirements on fire prevention and fighting; work safety... - Fully fulfill financial obligations to the state as well as comply with relevant laws
Investment duration and schedule: Selection of investors to implement the project: Four (04) months from the date the investment policy is approved. - Project formulation and submit for appraisal and approval: Two (02) months from the date of selection of project investor. - Construction of technical infrastructure works: Twenty-four (24) months from the date of land allocation in the field. - Housing construction: Forty-eight (48) months from the date of completion of infrastructure investment. - Completing, reporting on project completion and handing over technical infrastructure works to Vu Thu district: Six (06) months from the completion of the project
