Project's investment objectives: To build a riverside central new urban area in Phan Rang-Thap Cham city. To build a riverside park according to the model of a modern central park convenient and attractive for public exchange activities, commensurate with the position of the frontage park located along the Dinh river. To connect technical infrastructure system in the area and form a new residential area. To make the basis for the conversion of land use purposes in accordance with the general development orientation, bringing positive economic and social effects, contributing to the improvement of land use efficiency. Scale of the project investment: The investor completes and synchronizes the technical infrastructure of the new urban area and construction works according to the detailed construction planning (1/500 scale) of the Dinh Riverside New Urban Area project approved by the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province at the decision No. 314/QD-UBND dated 19/10/2020, including: commercial center, residential area combined with services with 625 apartments, resettlement area with 60 plots, social housing area, the Dinh riveside park; and other projects of service, technical infrastructure, urban social infrastructure
