Project scale: Construction of 03 housing projects, with a total construction area of 4,828m2, total construction floor area of 94,342m2. In which: Social housing (02 buildings) is built on a land area of about 9,656m2, construction area is about 3862.4m2, total construction floor area is about 74,033.3m2, with 19 floors (01 basement), the number of social housing apartments is expected to be about 1036 units; commercial housing (01 building) is built on a land area of about 2,414m2 (equivalent to 20% of the residential land area of the whole project), the construction area is about 965.6m2, total construction floor area is about 20,308.3m2, with 19 floors (02 basements), the number of apartments is expected to be about 237. The functional spaces in the buildings include: Residential apartments; community space; parking space; common public and technical spaces serve the whole building. The engineering system of the project includes: Electrical, lightning protection, lighting system; communication information system; garbage collection system; ventilation system; water supply and drainage systems; fire protection system. - Items of technical infrastructure outside the house (power supply, water supply, rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, fire protection, communication) and landscaped gardens within the land lot B-OXH -2 which are complete and synchronous
