Project scale: a) Design capacity: From 420 to 480 beds. b) Products and services provided: High quality medical examination and treatment of international standards. c) Expected construction architectural scale: According to Decision No. 1150/QD-UBND dated May 30, 2018 of the Provincial People's Committee on approving the Zoning Plan of Zone E (1/2000 scale), the land area signed YT1 brand has the following parameters: + Land use function: Medical land; + Construction density: ≤ 40%; + Construction height: maximum 09 floors; + Maximum land use coefficient: 2.8 times. The official architectural scale of construction will be specified after being approved by the competent authority.
